The feed production company Meneghetti Zootecnici, located in Cologna Veneta (VR), has renewed its flour storage systems. In collaboration with RCS by Maurizio Stevanin, who implemented the mechanization of the plant, Eurosilos Sirp designed a system consisting of:
- 6 Monolithic silos model 360 – 60 m³ for feed with bulk density 600 kg/m³,
- 6 hot-dip galvanized decompression bottom parts, complete with curved vents and 2 water-tight inspection hatches,
- 6 rigid tubular augers in hot-dip galvanized steel with a diameter of 300 mm, 4 kW 3-phase motor IE1 s/3 6-pole 900 rpm,
- 6 VCP stainless steel WAM valves, size 273, complete with stainless steel spouts, paddle-type level sensor,
- 6 spouts with a diameter of 200 mm, 50 cm long tube, and a welded flange at a 30° angle for silo loading.
